1. Prepare the Wonton Filling:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork or chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.

2. Assemble the Wontons:

  • Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
